Mark Burnell joined the motor trade 20 years ago, his first appointment was with Avons leading used car specialist and after spending a couple of years there moved on to spend time with Toyota, Daihatsu and Vauxhall.
Steve Atwill moved to sales from the technical side of the industry 12 years ago, specialising in used cars and moving on to Mercedes Benz after 4 years.
In 1999 Mark joined Lex Autosales where he met Steve. Lex Autosales was subsequently sold to Daimler Chrysler and traded as Mercedes Benz Direct. Both Mark and Steve remained with the brand as Senior Managers until 2007 when they left to form Lex of Bristol.
